FREE Historic Preservation event at the Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre on Tuesday, May 27 at 6pm
Since May is Historic Preservation month, the Town of Sinclair and the Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre will host a FREE event on Tuesday, May 27th beginning at 6pm with doors opening at 5:30pm.
This event will consist of showing the recently made "History of Sinclair" video and the Wyoming PBS produced "100 Years of Parco/Sinclair" followed by discussion of the town's history and how the refinery played a role in the town being formed and ran. As well, there will be discussion on how the former Parco Theatre was recently renovated and is now the Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre and the role it now plays in providing an enhancement of the quality of life for not only citizens of Sinclair, WY but also for many residents of Carbon County!
Also, staff from the Alliance for Historic Wyoming will be on hand to provide some information historic preservation.
